Sadiq Umar is once again wearing the Valencia CF badge. On Thursday afternoon, the Nigerian striker trained on the pitch at the Ciutat Esportiva in Paterna as he prepares for the match against Elche CF.
During the session, the Kaduna-born player carried out several activation exercises and later worked with the ball. Prior to this, the new Valencia signing underwent medical and functional assessments, joint mobility range tests, biomechanical and podiatric evaluations, strength and anthropometric tests, as well as a nutritional assessment.
